Every individual order is packed and dispatched directly by the respective verified vendor hub, while Aasriva ensures end-to-end transactional security, platform coordination, and professional customer care resolution.

2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Order Processing Timelines
Following successful digital payment validation, your order details are securely routed to the respective vendor for individual product creation and preparation. Standard turnaround thresholds are structured as follows:
- Standard Curated Merchandise: 1–3 business days
- Artisanal & Handcrafted / Made-to-Order: 3–7 business days
- Customized & Bespoke Orders: Variable details are specified directly on the primary product listing page

Shipping costs are computed dynamically at the checkout interaction, determined strictly by the specific delivery destination Pincode and the gross volumetric weight of the complete consignment.
2.4 Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability
Secure Platform Policy: To protect our network of independent local artisans and guarantee marketplace operational compliance, Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly unavailable. All transaction values must be completed via our verified, encrypted digital payment infrastructure before processing.
2.5 Multi-Vendor Split Consignments
Please note that if your purchase contains items sourced from multiple distinct vendors, your products will be dispatched from separate regional hubs. Consequently, your order will arrive in separate parcels and at different intervals. Live tracking data for each package is automatically sent via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and your personal account dashboard.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers maintain the right to cancel any order item completely free of charge prior to the vendor executing dispatch operations, resulting in a complete credit return. Once the consignment has been handed over to our third-party logistics courier partners, standard transit cannot be stopped or cancelled mid-route. The order must be received and evaluated under our standard return protocols.
4. Return & Replacement Framework
For eligible, qualifying product categories, Aasriva offers an equitable choice between an official product value return or an immediate exact item replacement if the package meets the following criteria:
Damaged Consignments
The product arrived with verified physical breaks or structural damage sustained during transit.
Manufacturing Defects
The product exhibits a functional failure or internal defect right out of the box.
Specification Mismatch

4.1 Strict 48-Hour Claim Declaration
To preserve integrity for our independent creators, any defect or delivery claim must be filed within **48 hours of recorded delivery**. To ensure a fast, smooth verification, we highly recommend capturing a quick unboxing video to submit alongside your request.
4.2 Explicitly Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene regulations and the custom nature of artisanal creation, the following lines are completely exempt from returns unless delivered broken or defective:

5. Refund Operations
Upon formal validation and approval of a return request, only the net product purchase amount is eligible for a refund. Outbound delivery charges consumed during initial shipping are non-refundable. 6. Vendor Payout Integrity Rules
To secure our customer ecosystem, vendors are eligible to request money withdrawals **only on orders that have been officially dispatched and tracked** inside our logistics network. Aasriva applies no minimum withdrawal balance rules, ensuring our creators get paid promptly for actual fulfillment.
